These Terms apply to all purchases from Heirloom Craft and are accessible at any time on our website www.heirloomcraft.com.

We also reserve the right to update our Sales Terms. You will be notified of the update and your purchases will be subject to the latest and effective Sales Terms.

The Sales Terms are applied to all purchases from www.heirloomcraft.com and customers must accept the terms before proceeding with the payment.

Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation:

Heirloom Craft will send you an order confirmation, either by email or WhatsApp, but bear in mind that the order is not accepted until we send you a notice that the product has been shipped. Even after you receive a confirmation, Heirloom Craft reserves the right to cancel your order in case there is an error, like, but not limited to, booking mistakes and/or inventory shortage.

Products:
The pictures and descriptions illustrating the products are not contractual. If these pictures
and/or descriptions were to contain inaccuracies, Heirloom Craft cannot be held responsible for them. Heirloom offers handmade items which may result in slight variations in sizes, colors, and finishes that cannot be considered defects, as they are related to their handmade nature, making them unique pieces.

Pricing and Availability:

Prices and availability are subject to change. Heirloom Craft strives to communicate accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. In the unlikely event that an error impacts your order or a product you pouchased is no longer available, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order.

Any order placed on the website and delivered outside of Morocco may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. Heirloom Craft is not required to verify and inform the buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes.

The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which will be charged in addition and will be specified to the buyer on the order summary before final validation of their order.

Governing Law:

These terms and any dispute between you and Heirloom Craft will be governed by the laws of the Moroccan Jurisdictions.

Refund policy

Under the Consumer Protection Act n°31-08, you have 7 days to retreat from the sales agreement. Within this timeframe, you are eligible to request a refund or exchange as far as the purchased item(s) was/were not consumed and/or damaged.

If you decide to return the products, we will first examine them before initiating a refund or exchange. A refund will be processed via bank transfer 14 days following the reception of the product(s). If you request an exchange, we will conduct a new delivery as per our shipping policy (see below.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Shipping

is handled by one of our local logistic partners.

In Morocco: The estimated date of delivery (EDD) is 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed. In
case of force majeure, EDD might be extended.

Abroad:  The estimated date of delivery (EDD) is 7 to 21 business days after the order is confirmed. In case of force majeure, EDD might be extended. Heirloom Craft is engaged to provide you with daily updates if your order is not delivered during the 72 hours after confirming your order.

In the event of a delay, no compensation is guaranteed.
