Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by one of our logistic partners.

In Morocco: The estimated date of delivery (EDD) is 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed. In
case of force majeure, EDD might be extended.

Abroad:  The estimated date of delivery (EDD) is 7 to 21 business days after the order is confirmed. In case of force majeure, EDD might be extended.

Heirloom Craft is engaged to provide you with daily updates if your order is not delivered during the 72 hours after confirming your order.

In the event of a delay, no compensation is guaranteed.
